Chair Yoga for All Ages
This chair yoga class offers amazing benefits while you are using a chair as a prop to support, balance and stretch. It is excellent for people who are not comfortable or cannot sit on the floor.
Class will start with deep breathing, centering, stretching of the ankles, legs, knees, hamstrings and exercises of the wrist, arms and shoulders. Slowly we will start sequencing into some stretching poses to add strength, balance and flexibility. We will end the class with music to relax our mind and focus on our breathing. And YES, chair yoga is for everyone not just seniors!
