Pru is the founder and CEO of Pru’s Wellness Bliss. She is a certified 500-hour yoga alliance teacher and Reiki master. She has volunteered in several senior homes and also volunteered with special needs’ population via Zoom.

Pru discovered yoga after she moved to New York and started getting severe migraines, low energy and anxiety. Moving to a new city was not easy for her. She started taking migraine medication and also started acupuncture. Although acupuncture helped and was amazing, it wasn't always easy to keep going with a full-time job. 

A close friend recommended her to try some gentle yoga classes.
Before she knew it, her headaches disappeared, and she had all the energy and started feeling ten years younger. She also felt calmer and more balanced. She felt yoga helped her so much and that's when she decided she wanted to be a certified yoga instructor to help others and spread her love for yoga.

Pru believes that yoga is for everyone. It’s not just your body but also for your mind. Pru finds joy in teaching yoga and believes that yoga can change the world we live in.
